2018 Criminal Year Seminar Covers Critical 2017 and 2018 Cases

This one day seminar features presentations from all perspectives - judicial, prosecution, and defense - in addition to outstanding written materials prepared by The Honorable Crane McClennen (ret.).

Our elite faculty will be covering 50 of the most critical cases of 2017 and 2018 from the U.S. Supreme CourtArizona Supreme Court andArizona Court of Appeals. These cases will be analyzed for both prosecutors and defense counsel by our judges and other faculty members. And will cover criminal procedure, evidence, criminal substantive law, and constitutional issues.
This seminar provides a truly balanced presentation of the most important cases and issues of 2017 and 2018.
Whether you're a prosecutor or defense attorney, your success at trial is directly related to your comprehension of the latest developments in criminal law.
Important! Effective January 1, 2018, the Arizona Supreme Court amended the entire set of RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE. Although many changes were in language only, for numerous rules the court made substantive changes. IN THE PRESENTATION THIS YEAR, THE PANEL WILL DISCUSS THOSE RULES WITH SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES AND HOW THOSE CHANGES WILL AFFECT EACH PARTY'S PRACTICE.
